ORDERING.
Welcome! We are happy to assist you with your order. We offer a convenient way for customers to shop for farm-direct lamb.

We have established a delivery schedule to ensure you receive your order consistently. Your delivery will arrive on the same day each month, making planning easier.
​
Deliveries occur once a month (every four weeks!) for orders received by the Wednesday of the previous week. Any orders received after this date will be processed and delivered the following month. Here is the delivery schedule:

- August deliveries: Friday 25th (orders close Wednesday 16/8/2023)
- September deliveries: Friday 22nd (orders close Wednesday 13/9/2023)
- October deliveries: Friday 20th (orders close Wednesday 11/10/2023)
- November deliveries: Friday 17th (orders close Wednesday 8/11/2023)
- December deliveries: Friday 15th (orders close Wednesday 6/12/2023)
Your order is prepared by our local butcher and delivered to your doorstep by a cold courier on Fridays. Please remember that our couriers only deliver on Fridays, so plan your orders accordingly. Our online lamb boxes are carefully prepared as ordered by our skilled local butcher. We take pride in providing our customers with the highest quality meats and ensuring that each order is tailored to their individual preferences. At this time, we are unable to make changes to the boxes once they have been ordered to prevent any unnecessary waste. However, as we continue to grow, we will explore ways to offer more flexibility while still maintaining our commitment to sustainability. DELIVERY.
Thank you for considering placing an order for a Thorndon lamb box! We appreciate your interest in our high-quality meats and excellent service. To ensure that your order is delivered to you safely and promptly, we have a few delivery policies in place.
Firstly, we offer free delivery for orders over $200 within a 20km radius of Sydney CBD. For orders outside of this radius, there may be a delivery fee.
Secondly, we will be delivering once a month as we launch. We will always communicate with you to arrange a delivery time that works for you. As our online lamb business grows, we will be able to offer more frequent and customized delivery options. This means you'll be able to choose the delivery schedule that works best for you and your busy lifestyle. We're always striving to make your online shopping experience as convenient and enjoyable as possible, and we're excited to bring you new and improved delivery options as we continue to grow. Lastly, we take great care to ensure that your order is packaged securely and with the utmost attention to food safety. We use insulated boxes and ice packs to keep your meat fresh during transit.
